Who Subshift may not be the right fit for
Subshift is purpose-built for shift-based staffing: filling open shifts with available, qualified workers at short notice. If your agency primarily places workers in long-term permanent or fixed-contract roles where there is no recurring scheduling requirement, the shift management features will not be relevant.
Subshift is also not an enterprise HR platform with payroll processing, ERP integrations, or multi-currency support. It is focused on doing one thing extremely well: getting the right worker to the right shift, compliantly, without phone calls.
