Terms of Use
Last updated: 5 April 2026
1. Introduction
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Subshift marketing website at subshift.app (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Subshift ("we", "us", "our") is based in London, United Kingdom. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
2. Use of the Site
The Site is provided for informational purposes — to describe the Subshift product and allow prospective customers to request a demo or trial. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to:
- Submit false or misleading information through any form on the Site
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract content from the Site without our written permission
- Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
3. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of Subshift or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.
4. No warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Product descriptions on the Site reflect our current offering. Features may change as we develop the product. We endeavour to keep the Site accurate, but we do not warrant that all information is complete or up-to-date at all times.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Subshift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed one hundred pounds sterling (GBP 100).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
6. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
7. Form submissions
When you submit information through any form on the Site (e.g. the contact or early access form), you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to share it. We will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Separation from application terms
These Terms apply only to the marketing website. If you become a customer and use the Subshift application, separate Terms of Service and a Data Processing Agreement will apply to that usage.
