Agency profile
The agency profile page is where you maintain your agency's own details — the company name, address, primary contact, and billing information. These details appear on generated invoices and in system emails sent to clients and workers.

Accessing the profile page
Go to Agency in the sidebar (usually near the bottom, under settings). Alternatively, click your agency name in the top navigation bar.
Updating company details
Click Edit on the profile page to update:
- Company name — shown on all client-facing communications.
- Registered address — appears on invoices.
- Primary contact name and email — used as the reply-to on system emails.
- Phone number — for client reference.
Click Save changes after editing. Changes take effect immediately.
Tip
Keep the company name and address up to date before generating your first invoices — correcting them after invoices have been sent to clients requires reissuing those invoices.
