Positions

Your positions are the roles you're qualified to fill. Your agency assigns positions to your profile based on your qualifications, experience, and any compliance checks they've completed. You only receive shift offers for positions you're registered in.

Viewing your positions

  1. Tap the Profile icon in the bottom navigation.
  2. Select Positions.

Each position shows:

  • Position name — the role (e.g. "HGV1 Driver", "Healthcare Assistant").
  • Status — Active (you're eligible for shifts) or Inactive (paused by your agency).

What if a position is inactive?

If a position you hold shows as Inactive, your agency may have paused it — for example, if a required compliance document has expired. Contact your agency to find out what's needed to reactivate it.

Tip

Keep your compliance documents up to date for every position you hold. An expired document for any position can affect your eligibility for shifts in that role. See Compliance.

Requesting a new position

You cannot add positions to your own profile — only your agency can do this. If you have a new qualification or would like to be considered for a new role, contact your agency directly and they can add the position and run any necessary compliance checks.
